Job Description
- Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure that all positions are filled in a timely manner
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Interviewing potential candidates to assess their skills and qualifications
- Reviewing hiring trends within the industry to determine best practices for attracting talent
- Working with human resources and other departments to ensure that all legal requirements are met during the hiring process
- Preparing reports on hiring trends and activities within their department
- Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and meetings
- Recommending hiring decisions based on the results of interviews and reference checks
- Overseeing the administrative aspects of the hiring process such as scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
Job Requirements
- Experience 6-8 years in Recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
