Job Description

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure that all positions are filled in a timely manner
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Interviewing potential candidates to assess their skills and qualifications
  • Reviewing hiring trends within the industry to determine best practices for attracting talent
  • Working with human resources and other departments to ensure that all legal requirements are met during the hiring process
  • Preparing reports on hiring trends and activities within their department
  • Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and meetings
  • Recommending hiring decisions based on the results of interviews and reference checks
  • Overseeing the administrative aspects of the hiring process such as scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.

Job Requirements

  • Experience 6-8 years in Recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
