Job Description

- Follow up on supply orders.
- Send reports and data.
- Coordination between the director of stores and branches in Greater Cairo.
- Follow up and confirm the monthly locks for all stores.
- Participation in the sudden periodical inventory.
- Transfer exchange procedures between the different branches of the company.
- The continuation of the nature of work in the warehouse after the working hours until the end of the period of disbursement of Umrah spare parts and the receipt of the urgent supply order in the various branches of the company.
- Keeping inventory records and following up all storage work.

- Manage all invoices and supply orders are related to spare parts, equipment and tools in the company. It is mainly the company's capital (fixed assets).
- The nature of the work is to maintain & preserve the spare parts, and tools of the company in all its branches and projects, which are equal to a large financial value. 
- It is dealt with according to the procedures of the aforementioned stores. According to the instructions of the warehouse management and the company's regulations, from contracts and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 

• Experience of 2 – 5 years. 

• Follow the warehouse procedures accurately and implement the instructions of the warehouse management accurately - coordinate between all departments and receive supply orders at any time in accordance with the company's regulations.
• Experience in Excel, Word and Oracle programs & training courses on the importance of knowing the principles of warehouse management.
• Organizing the nature of work according to the status of each supply order.
• Coordination between the company's departments in the formation of the examination committee / review of receipt according to the actual quantities of inventory balances / exchange in a correct manner according to the operating order of the company.
• Experience and skill in keeping documents, supply orders and invoices for spare parts.& Full knowledge of how to store and full understanding of storage instructions & Knowledge of managing the work team in cooperation & Communication skills between departments in the company ....&... Cooperation in delivering all information and data with ease, accuracy and speed.
