Job Description
- FEMALE ONLY

- Supervising and managing the home on weekly basis
- Setting appointments for house repairs and maintenance
- Inspect the property on a weekly basis for things that need repair or maintained
- Manage maids, Landscapers, Swimming Pool
- Handle simple house maintenance like changing air filters, light bulbs, diffusers, etc
- Inventorying house and restocking things as needed
- Supervise and manage things around the home
- Make sure the house stays neatly organized and in an orderly fashion
- Run errands as needed (e.g., dry cleaning, shoe repairs/shine, groceries, pick up prescriptions, etc.)
- Seasonal flower planting but not full landscaping
- Laundry
- Lite pool maintenance (skimming & checking chemical levels)
- Lite daily kitchen cleaning organizing
- Cooking or meal prep as needed
- Pet care as needed while family is away (twice a day feeding and shots at 7am/7pm)
- Holiday decorations
