Job Description

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Responsible for updating the Job Evaluation System, Job Design, Job Descriptions, and the correct Grading of jobs.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Monitoring Employee Performance

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Real Estate experience is a must ( brokerage Real Estate ) at least 1-2 years.
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • males or females
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Teamwork, Multitasks & details oriented
  • location new Cairo.
  • Very well organized
  • Aware of recruiting process
