Job Description
Our client is Menassat development, they recently have a new launch and hiring property consultants with the following :-
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and legal requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on available listings.
- Negotiate property sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.
- Prepare and present property proposals and market analysis reports.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on local real estate market conditions and emerging opportunities.
- Assist clients with property valuation and comparative market analysis.
- Manage client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
- Participate in networking events and marketing initiatives to expand the client base.
Job Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in property consultancy, real estate sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with local property laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in using property management and CRM software.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
