Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to deliver projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Review architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and feasibility for site implementation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to construction challenges encountered on-site.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction activities align with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
- Facilitate effective communication between design and construction teams to address design modifications or clarifications.
- Participate in project handover processes, ensuring client satisfaction and completion of all punch-list items.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in site engineering or architectural supervision within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building materials.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement architectural drawings and specifications on-site.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work on-site with a flexible schedule as project demands require.
