Job Description

At HIGHBASE TRADING W.L.L, we are building the region's largest B2B FMCG e-marketplace platform, and we are looking for a motivated and skilled Remote Tele-Marketer (Full time Remote) to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting B2B telemarketing efforts, generating leads, and building relationships with vendors and key accounts. You will utilize a combination of phone calls, emails, and other online communication channels to onboard new vendors and close deals. Additionally, you will assist in vendor onboarding, data processing, and supporting business users with their inquiries to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

This role offers the flexibility of remote work while being a crucial part of our mission to transform the B2B e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Telemarketing and Lead Generation:
    • Conduct B2B telemarketing calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and secure meetings with potential vendors.
    • Use emails and other online communication channels to engage with vendors, answer questions, and close deals.
    • Develop and execute cold calling campaigns to onboard new vendors to our platform.
    • Follow up on email marketing leads, providing additional information and clarifying queries to convert leads into vendor registrations.
    • Identify potential vendor accounts, establish contact, and communicate the benefits of joining our B2B e-marketplace.
  2. Vendor Engagement:
    • Guide vendors through the onboarding process, offering support and answering any questions they may have about the platform.
    • Support vendors by responding to their inquiries regarding the marketplace, its processes, and services.
    • Process vendor product data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information to enable a successful onboarding process.
  3. Reporting and CRM Management:
    • Record all interactions and lead details in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of outreach and follow-up efforts.
    • Collaborate with the remote marketing team to analyze telemarketing performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  4. Target Achievement:
    • Achieve telemarketing and lead generation targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Provide regular feedback and updates on campaign performance, including challenges and opportunities for improvement.

  • Fluency in English is essential; with a minimum proficiency level (Advanced). Candidates must demonstrate clear communication skills, a professional tone, and the ability to write grammatically accurate and compelling content. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Job Requirements

System Requirements:

  • PC or Mac with audio capabilities.
  • Headset with a good mic quality (preferably with noise cancellation).
  • Strong and reliable internet connection.
  • Access to a quiet work environment, ensuring no background noise for the best quality calls and meetings.

Technical Specifications:

  • Hardwired internet connection 
  • Intel i5 CPU (or AMD equivalent) 2.0GHz Quad Core or better.
  • 8GB RAM or more.
  • Minimum internet speed 8Mb/s
  • At least 20GB free disk space.
  • Windows 10 or Mac 10.2 and above.
  • High-quality internet to ensure the call dialer software and communication quality will not be affected by internet issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B telemarketing or a similar sales/marketing role.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Sales support or negotiation experience.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and online communication, with a persuasive and results-driven approach.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage and track leads.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Prior experience in B2B e-commerce or FMCG sectors is a bonus.

Willingness to work on shifts if required to match the business customers' local hours in their respective countries.
