Job Description

  •  Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Defining objectives clearly and defining procedures for development and business improvement.
  • Attending seminars, conferences and various events in order to market the group's products.
  • Identify new business opportunities including new markets and services.
  • Prepare and implement strategic plans and monitor operational changes.
  •  Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Communicating with officials in various institutions and companies in order to attract new clients to the group.
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying appropriate products and services.
  • Explaining and clarifying products and services and advising customers.
  •  Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  •  Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Good in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
