Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven Medical Sales Representative focused on contracting and partnerships to expand our presence in Alexandria, Egypt. This role is responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to promote our genetic testing and wellness services. The ideal candidate will have strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential healthcare partners, including hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers, to grow our client base.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, presenting our services and promoting their benefits.
- Conduct regular site visits to establish and reinforce partnerships, and ensure service quality is maintained.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings that meet partner needs and align with our business goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust partnership strategies as needed.
- Track partnership performance, providing regular feedback and reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at healthcare events, seminars, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and create networking opportunities.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within healthcare, and medical marketing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Alexandria and Egypt.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple partnerships.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in genetic testing, wellness, or diagnostics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and contract management tools.
