Job Description
•Perform requirements gathering and process mapping of processes.
•Utilize BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), to depict the workflow of new and existing processes.
•Deliver consumable Service Definition Briefs, business process documentation and technology workflow designs.
•Analyze the effectiveness of current process in order to develop strategies to improve workflow effectiveness.
•Plan and support functional testing and user acceptance, designing test cases and scenarios, and content creation as needed.
•Facilitate or attend meeting with both stakeholders and developers, ensuring requirements and associated workflows meet the business needs, are technically sound and are easy to use.
•Ensure the development and maintenance of all workflow documents and artifacts; review, analyze, and recommend improvements to the process and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /Computer Science or Information System.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Proven experience in Agile Methodology, Waterfall and BPMN.
- Very Good command in English.
