Job Description
- Supervise and lead sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Manage sales activities across assigned areas and ensure proper market coverage.
- Develop and implement sales plans in alignment with company strategy.
- Monitor team performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Coach, motivate, and develop the sales team to improve performance.
- Ensure proper use of sales systems and tools, including Sales Buzz.
Job Requirements
- Minimum5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience managing sales teams and sales territories.
- Strong knowledge of the Ismailia market and nearby areas.
- Solid experience using Sales Buzz system.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and planning skills
- KPI analysis and reporting experience
- Field work and target-driven mindset
- High commitment, professionalism, and accountability
- Flexible and able to adapt to market changes
- Valid driving license is preferred
