Job Description
- Responsible for the entire structure of the Information System Management System (ISMS).
- Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.
- Developing and managing the frameworks, processes, and tools, and providing consultancy for IT to properly manage risk and to make risk-based decisions related to IT activities.
- Managing information security incident reporting for events or vulnerabilities including unauthorized system or network access, denial of service, inappropriate data access, data corruption, and/or collection of private or confidential information.
- Managing security incidents and conducting investigations; preparing recommendations and analyzing patterns and trends.
- Identifying vulnerabilities in the organization’s network.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure the organization’s computing network.
- Monitoring network and Infrastructure usage to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Performing tabletop red/blue exercises, penetration tests, and others to find any flaws.
- Responsible for DLP.
- Collaborating with management and the IT department to improve security.
- Increasing awareness and educating colleagues about security software and best practices for information security.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ Years of experience in the same role.
- Experience in an information security role.
- Professional information security certification e.g. CISSP
- Knowledge of some risk and control frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, or ITIL.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
