Responsibilities and Duties:
- Managing the preparation and coordination of assembly drawings and erection plans.
- Ensuring that completed drawings have been reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the client’s fabrication and erection needs.
- Ensure that drawings have been checked for conformity with clients’ and Exact specifications and standards.
- Mentoring junior and intermediate detailers in all aspects of structural steel detailing; and Promoting continuous improvement and contributing to company-wide policies,
- standards and procedures, and supporting juniors in increasing their knowledge of Tekla Structures software and steel detailing in general.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree: Civil Engineer
- High level of knowledge of industry-standard detailing practices.
- Successful Completing steel detailing training from a recognized college or technical school; preferred structural detailing certificate.
- At least from 5 to 7 years of experience in a detailing role and progressive responsibility for planning execution and monitoring of major steel detailing projects.
- Proficiency in TEKLA Structures software
