Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior/Senior Travel Products for Kuwaiti Travel agnecy located in Dokki, Egypt. The Product Executive will be responsible for travel package arrangements either online or offline, being the focal point between Egypt & Kuwait sales teams and our vendors/Hotels.
Main Responsibilities
Travel Arrangements and Travel Consulting skills.
Strong knowledge of global destinations, and travel trends.
Familiarity with online/offline reservation through online portals, offline DMCs and Hotels directly.
Arrange international travel packages, including hotel, rail, transportation, activities and other travel-related logistics.
Process travel changes, reconfirmation, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately.
Stay proactive in updating Sales team/Supplier about itinerary changes or other essential details.
Ensure timely delivery of payments and financial documents, adhering to company policies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 years in travel consultancy, packages design, or reservations.
Ability to work 24/7 Rotational shifts (2 days off- 9 hours shift).
Proficient command of the English language at an intermediate level.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software/CRM applications.
