Job Description
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to senior management and key departments.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle correspondence and communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee and follow up on investment and development projects to ensure timely execution and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government bodies, donors, investors, and partner organizations.
- Prepare detailed reports, official documents, and presentations accurately and professionally.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle confidential records and sensitive information with high responsibility.
- Support strategic planning by providing administrative and project coordination assistance.
- Assist in planning events, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ensure smooth office operations and effective communication flow.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar executive support role (preferably in NGOs or charity foundations).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Familiarity with project coordination or donor reporting is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
