Job Description
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all factory activities.
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Drive process improvements through the adoption of lean manufacturing and best practices.
- Coordinate with senior management to align factory objectives with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in factory or manufacturing management.
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams within a manufacturing environment.
- relevant experience in the frozen food industry “FMCG”
- Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, resources, and operational costs.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to factory operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing management software and reporting tools.
