Job Requirements
Qualifications
English level: B2+ / C1
Previous customer service experience is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate different systems
Ability to work fixed night shifts
