Job Description
- Prepare daily journal entries and bank reconciliations using accounting software.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Review the documentation cycle and tax documents, and prepare tax returns.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the integrity of financial and documentation processes.
- Efficiently use ERP systems for data entry and financial analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in general accounting.
- Advanced skills in Excel (data analysis, formulas, and report design).
- Experience using ERP software for data entry and analysis.
- Previous experience in real estate investment or contracting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and effective communication abilities.
