Organizational Development Senior Specialist

Job Summary:

• The Senior OD Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating organizational development initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance. This role partners closely with leadership and HR teams to drive change, strengthen culture, and build sustainable talent and organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead change management initiatives and support transformation programs.
• Conduct organizational diagnostics, needs assessments, and gap analyses.
• Develop and enhance organizational structures, job architectures, and career frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve employee engagement, culture, and performance.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent review processes.
• Create and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and OD interventions.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of OD initiatives.
• Provide coaching and consultation to leaders and HR partners.
• Ensure OD practices align with HR policies and best practices.
