Job Description
- Receive purchasing requests (PRs) from various departments.
- Purchasing the Agri needs either for internal use for the company or the department’s external selling.
- Getting quotations & choosing the best supplier offering the best price & terms of payment.
- Get the best offers according to the required specifications.
- Create purchase orders based on the required specifications and the selected vendor.
- Issue purchase orders and execute the purchasing process according to the approved purchase requests.
- Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.
- Experience in Agriculture is a MUST
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing.
- Previous experience in agriculture servicing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
