Job Description
- Aligns training with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Designs develop and implement best quality practices and processes for technical service developments.
- Develops and initiates quality standards for technical tests, inspections, and evaluations.
- Manages and supervises quality management and performance management process.
- Develops Quality management systems, processes, and plans.
- Plans for detailed and recorded inspections for FM services to ensure services are provided properly compared to the pre-developed policies & standards.
- Develops and updates FM policy and procedures.
- Manages and plans for ISO certifications for quality, FM, asset management certifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering from a reputable university.
- Familiarity with quality standards and processes to follow federal, state, and local regulations.
- 5+ years minimum experience in facilities management and operation & maintenance field and previous experience in the same position.
- Able to manage people, budgets, and a timeline and be able to influence outcomes.
- Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage tasks efficiently.
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required.
- Very good technical skills in different fields (electrical, mechanical, LC, etc..).
- Ability to manage several tasks in a timely manner.
- Good knowledge of technical documentation and presentation.
- Planning principles and practices.
- Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings, and status reports.
