Job Description
- Periodically audit all files for inclusions and missing documents.
- Copy, scan and store documents
- Coordinate all multiple-site correspondence, to ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
- Maintain the documents and drawings, correspondence, reports, drawings, sketches, instructions, and minutes of meetings, requests-for-information, and all project documents in the Document.
- Responsible for implementing Data and Document Management activities within a business and project environment.
- Facilitate timely provision of requested documentation
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
- Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows)
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Create templates for future use
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures.
- Assist in the assessment, acquisition, or deployment of new electronic document management systems.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Familiarity with project management
- V. Good command of both read and write English.
