Job Description
- Driving and lead the recruiting and selection activities
- Assist in Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies f
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Assist to Lead the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programs
- Assist with HR Manager for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company and Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
- Assist In preparation of job analysis & design descriptions and KPIs for each position.
- updating of all departments’ organizational charts in line with the department Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Strong experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition and OD
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- 5- 7 years’ experience in which 3 years in a supervisory level
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Related HR certificate is a Preferable
