Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of port operations, container services, and transportation processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and analyse quality performance data, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for management.
Assist in training staff on quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Support the continuous improvement of operational processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
Ensure all documentation related to quality assurance is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain high-quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agricultural, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role.
Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Awareness of ISO (9001,14001, 45001) Standards.
Has a (Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor Certificate) or any relevant is preferable.
Working on Execution of Quality Management System, Departmental KPIs and Risk assessment.
Strong analytical, Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
Willingness to work on-site and in various port locations as required.
