Job Description

  • Managing Inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Following protocol when handling clients.
  • identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions.
  • Answering Calls from clients professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues.
  • Following up with clients when required.
  • Rotational shift

Job Requirements

  • Fluent German language skills (B2+ / C1)
