Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for managing the structure of interview schedules, assessment steps, managing the cycle of updates on the system to the steps of talent acquisition operations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Manpower-plan fulfillment on time, through accurate Executing of his assigned tasks
  • Work closely with the geo team to initiate the scheduling cycle across the different cycles of phone screening, functional and HR interviews, and ensuring the updates on the system with the relevant feedback communication.
  • Manage the cycle of assessment center organizing and scheduling and following up on feedback as well as updating the cycle with the next steps
  • Updating the sap system with the relevant requirements promptly for managing scheduling – adding pipeline to the talent pools
  • Manages the medical check process until updating the team with the next step depends on the results of the candidates
  • Delivering reports for the periodic weekly schedules and finalized steps on the system and the steps necessary with the departments
  • Manage the process of internal transfers and change of bands and certificate updates on the SAP.
  • Manage to handle the hiring papers and coordinate with the target new hires and relevant departments for the completion of the on boarding step till the hire date
  • Performs other tasks assigned to him related to his work to achieve the objectives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or accounting or any relevant field
  • 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Ability to report, analyze data and implement multi-item requests
  • SAP experience and data extraction is preferred 
  • English fluency.
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Basic Knowledge of recruitment standards and logistics operations
  • Experience in the use of candidate polarization systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic
  • Ability to operate under pressure in a positive position
  • Very stimulating, goal-oriented, results-oriented,
  • Work effectively within the team
