Job Description
Job Holder will be responsible for but not limited to the below:
- Participates in implementing the organization’s quality plan under supervision of the head of quality department.
- Participate in development & ensure implementation of policies & procedures.
- Assist in internal surveys to measure the hospital performance on regular basis.
- Participates in the education and training of the hospital staff on quality program.
- Performs other related duties as requested by the head of the quality department.
- Presents the quality evaluation of hospital services in the hospital quality meetings.
Job Requirements
Qualifications / Education:
- Bsc of medicine or Pharmacy.
- TQM or CPHQ or MQM is a must.
- Experience in JCI & GAHAR accreditation is preferred.
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the healthcare quality field.Years of Experience:
Skills:
- Good time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
