Financial Accountant with DATEV knowledge (German speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

• Checking incoming invoices
• Recording all business transactions: handling accounts payable, fixed assets accounting, as well as bank and cash transactions
• Documentation and preparation of balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assisting in strategic financial management issues and preparing key information for management
• Communication with tax consultants and auditors
• Reviewing travel expense reports
• Determining tax liabilities
• Submitting reports to authorities and administrations
• Preparing VAT advance returns for the tax office
