Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Prepare and present regular account reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to maximize value for both clients and the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and proposals.
- Ensure all account activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, , preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to clients and management.
