Job Description
- Responsible for Client Relation of industrial land projects.
- Handle all customers inquiries received timely and professionally.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying their problems.
- Resolves problems of the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, come-up with the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution.
- Organization and filing the Customers’ Documents (Contracts, Correspondence and Invoices) in a proper way.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in relevant English language
- University degree from a reputable university.
- Must reside in 6 October City or nearby area.
- Self-motivated individual with effective organizational skills.
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus.
- Computer knowledge – good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
