Job Description
- Be actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Ensure that all documents of the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law and Social Insurance.
- handling all (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
- Preparing Reports About Sales and Presales Team Performance and sends them to the Manager.
- Follow the Sales Team.
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Very good command in English.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Flexible and can work under pressure.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience for filling system and work Documentation.
