Job Description

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Ensure that all documents of the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law and Social Insurance.
  • handling all (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Preparing Reports About Sales and Presales Team Performance and sends them to the Manager.
  • Follow the Sales Team.
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Very good command in English.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Flexible and can work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience for filling system and work Documentation.
