Job Description
We are a US-based company looking to hire dental sales executives and customer support agents in Egypt to support our US customers. Ideal candidates must have prior dental sales or customer support experience in dentistry and be fluent in English. Here are the responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the US dental market.
- Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with dental clinics, practices, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Present and promote Bayshore’s dental products and solutions to potential and existing clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable sales agreements.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in the US dental sector.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market intelligence, customer needs, and product enhancements.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand Bayshore’s presence.
- Deliver exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the dental industry, specifically within the USA.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong knowledge of dental products, equipment, and solutions relevant to the US market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a home-based (hybrid) arrangement.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the USA as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
