Job Description
- Support the development and implementation of the Supply Chain strategy in the plant.
- Propose and participate in Supply Chain projects, adhering to the established project methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies and procedures.
- Participate in the Supply Chain topics within the new projects in the plant (product transfers, new projects introduction, change management).
- Apply improvement methodologies on the daily work for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in improvement projects that affects supply chain K Pi's.
- Provide/track projects deliverables within projects time frame.
- Deliver and develop projects progress reports.
- Define; escalate projects risks and the impact on the supply chain
- Strategy in the plant.
- Analyses firm customer requirements and produce a workable plan for his product, ensure that all relevant documents are retained. Complete all reports correctly and efficiently.
- Business unit Planning and customer interface Communication: Regular communication with BU Planning, to ensure knowledge of any potential change(s), to maximize time to react to such change(s).
- To ensure that change is necessary, especially within manufacturing lead time, or inside planning time fences as well as marinating transparent and effective communication with our customers.
- Analysis of customer schedules, reconciliation and production of a schedule for the Logistics Department.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business, logistics.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Fluent both written & spoken English Language, very good command of German is preferred.
- Logistic studies are preferable (CSCP or CPIM).
- Multi-tasks oriented
- Problem solving, analytical thinking.
- Professional user of MS Office
- Flexibility and working under stress
