Job Description

  • Answer all inquiries on the relevant system.
  • Therapist relationship management, improve therapist activation and engagement.
  • Provide Client and therapists with accurate information through web chat and emails.
  • Perform basic trouble shooting on relevant systems
  • Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in the relevant documents.
  • Responsible for rescheduling, cancellation and refund sessions.
  • Improve the area of retention and proactive engagement by outbound methods and executing growth strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • + 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
