Job Description
- Lead and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Oversee procurement processes for MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and change orders as required.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence, to maintain accurate records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in MEP project management or a related engineering field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within construction or engineering projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
