Job Description

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the nightwear, homewear, and accessories segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retail partners, and distributors to maximize revenue and brand presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, providing actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, consistently delivering high performance.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Represent 7 Cube at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the lifestyle, fashion, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
