Job Description
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the nightwear, homewear, and accessories segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retail partners, and distributors to maximize revenue and brand presence.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, providing actionable insights to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, consistently delivering high performance.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Represent 7 Cube at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the lifestyle, fashion, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows as required.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
