Job Description

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns
  • Build and maintain Company social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights within the budget.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing
  • Evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling
  • Generate marketing qualified leads.
  • Develop brand presence through digital channels.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 2 to 4 years in Digital Marketing
  • Able to access large amounts of marketing data. This data can be used to innovate the company’s marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Leadership and time management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
