Job Description
- Ensure smooth and trouble free operation of the equipment.
- Monitor process continuity, troubleshooting & corrective actions wherever required.
- Data entry into ERP system.
- Ensure safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance.
- Initiate proper startup / shutdown activities for planned and unplanned startup / shutdown.
- Assist utility operation and troubleshooting.
- Record and monitor consumables stock.
- Write the shift report.
- Maintenance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance.
- Organize the shift attendance & Leaves.
- Ensure & follow performance of inspection report.
- Supervise the implementation of repair work on machines / equipment / production lines which have an impact on occupational safety and health and the environment.
- Training the shift electrician for better performance.
Job Requirements
- BSc, Of Power \ Elec engineering.
- minimum Experience 3-7 years in same field.
- English Level required: Very good.
- Self-motivated & good time management.
- Good knowledge of PLC’S, Drives & SCADA
- Good knowledge of Computer, operating systems & internet.
- From 3 up to 6 years of experience in similar continuous process industry.
- Preferred 6 October residence.
