Job Description
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company.
- Sourcing New Facility Management & Property Management Contacts.
- Networking for company positioning.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
- Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
- Researching new markets and emerging market trends.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Presenting market research to the marketing department and recommending strategies to improve market research.
- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
- Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
- 14: 18 Proven years’ experience as a business development (in Facilities Management & Property Management is a MUST).
- Experience in startup companies
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
