Job Description

  •  Supervise and control all daily administrative operations to ensure discipline, order, and smooth workflow.
  •  Implement and enforce administrative policies, procedures, and regulations across the company.
  •  Lead administrative staff, manage schedules, evaluate performance, and assign responsibilities.
  •  Oversee facility management, security, access control, and overall site readiness.
  •  Coordinate with government authorities, service providers, and external vendors.
  •  Manage budgets, expenses, procurement, and administrative documentation.
  •  Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.
  •  Handle problem-solving for operational issues and maintain a high level of organization.
  •  Support senior management with reports, planning, and operational execution.

Job Requirements

  •  Strong preference for candidates with a military background (retired officers or similar roles).
  •  7+ years of experience in administrative or operations management.
  •  Excellent leadership, discipline, and decision-making skills.
  •  Strong ability to manage people, enforce procedures, and maintain order.
  •  High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems.
  •  Real estate or construction experience is an advantage.
