Job Description

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Rekaz Developments’ property offerings.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries regarding available properties and services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, preferences, and investment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments for interested clients with sales consultants or arrange property viewings.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and investment benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign strategies and client engagement.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
