Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop plans for social media lead generation campaigns.
- Establish and maintain a strong online presence for the SAAS company through various channels, including the official website, social media platforms, and relevant industry forums.
- Develop engaging and informative content related to the real estate SAAS solution, such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos with the help of marketing agency.
- Ensure that content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility.Use targeted keywords related to real estate SAAS to attract organic traffic.
- Actively participate in social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
- Delegate online advertising channels, such as Google Ads or social media ads, to target specific demographics with the help of marketing agency.
- Create and manage ad campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
- Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of online campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and lead acquisition costs.
- A/B Testing (good to have experience) - Conduct A/B testing on various elements of online campaigns (e.g., ad copies, landing pages) to optimize for better results.
- Competitor Analysis (good to have experience): Keep an eye on competitors’ online activities and identify areas for differentiation.
- Adjust strategies based on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews on online platforms.
- Leverage testimonials to build trust and credibility among potential leads.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant business degree.
- Experienced in performance marketing, general digital marketing, email marketing, automation, SEO optimization and a strong understanding of the customer acquisition funnel.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue generation and how SaaS businesses are grown and measured.
- Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager,Google Analytics.
- Experience in performing A/B tests together with Product and/ or Data is preferred
