Job Description

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals and business needs.
  • Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, retention, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and create targeted development programs.
  • Lead performance management processes, ensuring consistent application of evaluation standards and feedback mechanisms.
  • Design and deliver training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze talent metrics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry best practices in all talent management activities.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Supervise and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Support organizational change management efforts through effective communication and talent alignment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing talent strategies within a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and talent management software.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
