Key Responsibilities
Operations & Workflow: Manage 24/7 radiologist coverage schedules and strictly enforce Turnaround Time (TAT) targets for routine and emergency (STAT) cases.
Platform & Systems Oversight: Direct daily operations on the Teleradiology Platform, ensuring seamless image transfer, PACS/RIS alignment, and report routing.
Team Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage remote radiologists, shift allocations, and performance metrics.
Quality & Compliance: Lead Quality Assurance (QA/Peer Review) protocols, handle operational incidents, and maintain HIPAA/data privacy compliance.
Client & IT Liaison: Coordinate between client hospitals and internal IT to resolve diagnostic or connectivity issues immediately.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in healthcare operations, with 2+ years specifically managing Teleradiology or Telemedicine workflows.
Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with Teleradiology Platforms, PACS/RIS, and working knowledge of DICOM and HL7 protocols.
Core Competencies: Strong background in TAT tracking, medical compliance, and leading distributed remote medical teams.
