Job Description

  • Assist in performing all necessary tasks for the General Accounts Department to maintain the health of the company's accounts.
  • Follow accounting directives and prepare financial reports and monthly statements.
  • Cash checks and receivables from suppliers and receipt of payment receipts.
  • Prepare accounting and banking settlements and monthly closing reports.
  • Document all financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records and review them periodically.
  • Record, disburse and settle employees’ covenant.
  • Apply the accounting system established by the company and adhere to it.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, business administration or related field.
  • 1-3 year’s solid experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office programs and other accounting programs.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all departmental managers.
  • The ability to organize, focus and work under pressure.
  • Very Good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very Good command of English language.
