Position Title: Stations Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Stations Manager to lead and oversee ground transportation operations across various stations and regions. This role will be responsible for managing on-ground supervisors, ensuring adherence to company policies, upholding high service standards, and providing continuous training and support to the operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise ground supervisors and ensure seamless daily operations.
• Monitor service quality across all assigned areas.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to field teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and performance audits to identify improvement areas.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports, highlighting challenges and achievements.
