Job Description

  • Provide expert technical support and consultancy to clients, ensuring timely resolution of software-related issues.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problems related to accounting software and IT systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Conduct client training sessions and workshops to enhance user proficiency with software solutions.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in software implementation, configuration, and integration based on client requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in product testing and quality assurance to identify and address potential issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest software updates, features, and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Contribute to the development of support materials, FAQs, and user guides.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support, consultancy, or a related IT role.
  • Age : From 27 to 39 Years.
  • He Worked in a Software Company or a Call Center in a Telecom Company.
  • Strong understanding of accounting software and IT systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Familiarity with software implementation and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
