Job Description
- Support with management regarding an active calendar of meetings, events, and appointments.
- Continuously improve administrative standards.
- Arrange all communication, activities, and logistics for special events and meetings.
- Arrange and coordinate accommodations for travel as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls.
- Maintain documents, records, and reports in a discreet and confidential manner.
- Organize local, domestic, and international travel arrangements.
- Maintain a personal calendar; schedule appointments (Ex: official entities, passport renewals, meetings etc.)
- Manage Property of the primary residence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (High Degree).
- Male.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (Excel, word, and Power point) is a must.
- Very Good command of English both written and spoken.
- High degree of Discretion and trustworthiness.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
- Having the skills of Flexibility and adaptability and working in an agile environment.
- Tact and diplomatic.
- Having a driving license is a must.
