Job Description

  • Attending meeting to take notes for the munities of meeting to be distributed for the concerned parties 
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Check CCO email and remind him with the important topics.  send email on his behalf after the coordination with him.
  • Handling CCO correspondence as per his direct instructions.
  • Responsible for his office archiving updating and maintaining.
  • Coordinating his business trips and site visits.   
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations. 

Job Requirements

  • BSc. Of Commerce (Accounting/ Business Administration)
  • 1-3 years experience. Preferred in the real estate field or top management level
  • Excellent language in English & Arabic is mandatory in speaking and writing
  • Excellent skills dealing with Microsoft office.
  • Female
