Job Description
- Attending meeting to take notes for the munities of meeting to be distributed for the concerned parties
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Check CCO email and remind him with the important topics. send email on his behalf after the coordination with him.
- Handling CCO correspondence as per his direct instructions.
- Responsible for his office archiving updating and maintaining.
- Coordinating his business trips and site visits.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Of Commerce (Accounting/ Business Administration)
- 1-3 years experience. Preferred in the real estate field or top management level
- Excellent language in English & Arabic is mandatory in speaking and writing
- Excellent skills dealing with Microsoft office.
